I assume, either you will be able to lend or stake — one at a time. But, of course if you lend some of your PoSTokens then you can stake remaining ones.

It is better if dev team can find a solution for both staking and lending at the same time. I am still confused at this point. Maybe we need to wait for official annoucement from dev team.

I doubt that it can be done at the same time. Take note that if you lend any thing, it means that it is not on your belongings anymore.
You've take the risk to give it to someone/platform in exchange to earn interest and it will be unfair if you'll still be able to stake it.
