Yup cpu mining for now. This is indicated by Dev in the Ann page 1. GPU mining will be enabled soon but for now CPU only. The customized miner will prevent people from joining the pool using GPU at this time.
1. Customised miner with no source is violation of GPL that the original code was released under
2. I don't see how such a custom miner can't be reverse engineered even without code
3. I would be very surprised if this hasn't been done already
I guess the proof will be in the pudding. Let me see if I can build a GPU miner
