Can someone please answer the following questions I have before I invest:

1. Is Cryptonex a genuine company does it have good customer service?

2. I tried to send some ether to the desktop exchange using the Ether address as given but after several hours still was pending. I used 20 Gwei and 200,000 gas. I send Ether many times and never took more than 5 minutes and usually seconds. So I cancelled the pending transaction. When I entered the Ether address an error message said something like this is not a verified address.

3. How does the mining work and any indication of ROI? I think I read it was auto mining as long as coins stay in their desktop wallet, is that right?

4. Is there a cut off date for buying through the Cryptonex exchange?
