So, I have lost three payments of CasinoCoins now.  I sent a ticket with each one, but have not gotten a response from any of my tickets.  Can you give me a heads up on what happened?  The most recent transaction is:

They are all confirmed, and display my deposit address, but no transaction hash.  If you look into my account you will be able to see the other two from December.

Can you help?

I have been using your service with delight for a few months now, and aside from these drops, never had another problem.
