In the official pool there is one active miner...
I tried port:3333 but it is not working

Although you can still mine BCO, mining rewards ended December 1, 2017. So there's not much point really, other than if you want to make a transaction and need to progress the chain, although the devs do currently maintain the chain with a low hash rate.
