This is rather obviously a ponzi scheme. Perhaps not even that, maybe it's just someone who tries to get some free bitcoin. I wonder if someone actually falls for it and wastes some of their bitcoins. People do all kind of crazy stuff for a quick buck. It's a bit like gambling in a casino. You know the odds are never in your favour, but you try anyway (of course, there's probably a better chance to get to some money in a casino rather than on a scam website).
