Have the same problem here: locked out of my account after clicking a link to confirm new withdrawal address. I answered the email with the 7 questions and made a support evaluation request to speed up things... nothing happened yet! I'm getting more and more frustated about their lack of communication.. I want to get on with my trading and Kraken is my online fiat line to my bank account. I don't want to loose my money..

This seems to be a major problem for Kraken because after 10 days I'm not able to get in my account! I already used the escalation procedure to speed things up, TWICE, but I'm under a pile of 1000 other requests I guess. Why cant't they give priority to people who can't enter their existing account and face loosing their money? I've got 4500 in there! When can I access it

I'm freaking out if I get another message to escalate my ticket once again!
