Just sell it on Binance for ETH and withdraw. Simple as that. If you want to cash out is better to change for LTC because they have a low transaction fee.

You'll have to read a manual about how to use Etherium and ERC20 tokens. Short answer, just make a BAS deposit address in hitbtc and send them there from your wallet.
