Actually how do they process the purchase at all? It takes days for a wire to arrive to China and the S9s are sold out in a matter of minutes. Or maybe once you wire the money, they want a screenshot from the bank statement or something?
They simply run them till you actually pay. Hence their lifetime contracts. Welcome to BCH. So much easier for them to point towards the guy with the bank account.
