When suffering from stress, I often choose to eat rather than do other things. But I always remember, when the food that comes into the body contains a lot of sugar or salt, then in the future I again experience stress because of weight gain. Therefore I usually choose foods that contain vitamin B because it is very useful to relieve stress such as almonds, broccoli and milk.
