I dont know much more about where to advertise gambling site but as far as my knowledge is concerned, you should got to some social websites where more than hundred people are logged in so that more people become aware about your gambling site. And if you want your website to spread like a fire in a few days, you should better consult with famous gambling sites and make a contract.
I won't suggest you to post on just random social media groups because you won't catch the right population that you want to catch( at this case, the right population would be gamblers that are into bitcoins, or bitcoiners that are interested in gambling), and you will also be considered as spam.
If you are interested to advertise through social media platforms I would recommend you to find a well known group at the cryptocurrency section with a large amount of followers, and just pay them to post your advertisement.
You can get a much more effective advertisement if you will pay few pennies.
