I did just recently submit a support ticket to Kraken. For anyone that has sent successfully sent an XRP transaction from a different exchange or wallet to Bithumb, are there any obvious differences in the raw transaction data between the one from Kraken which didn't show up and the one from another wallet that did?
Hi safexharbour. If the funds have been successfully sent from Kraken, our support staff would not be able to help in this instance. I would suggest contacting Bithumb's support.
To find your transaction ID, please navigating to Funding > Withdraw > And click the ID of the transaction on the left hand side. From there you will see a transaction ID. Please supply this to Bithumb support.

Hello, how do you explain that this issue happen only when sending from kraken,
Can you as the owner of the wallet make a statement against this practice, if it is bithumb that is at fault, at ripple management? Since it is centralized maybe they can help us, and you by the same occasion.
