This might not be such a bad coin if they did not keep pumping the diff.
I have only found 2 pools for this coin.
One has 29 KH on it (main pool) and the other has 1.3kh on it https://superior.superpools.net/
I can only point to some one putting large hash on one of the pools for 30 mins or so at a time to rinse the network and pump the diff.
If that keeps going the only thing that will happen to this is death.. total of 31 miners on both pools. So looking at the blocks on each pool its just being nice hash pumped.

very bad form.I think we cannot do anything about it. Network rate increase when there is more miners.
Software was updated and now retargets faster, no more attacks like before.
