It is good decision to save bitcoin because in coming time price of bitcoin will be high and then it will be the time for you to have good output form bitcoin. I love to buy bitcoin and hold it because holding is good but it is also about your situation of life as if you are in need of money then you will have to use it but if you are having option to skip that time then try to achieve your goal of making and saving money with bitcoin without spending your bitcoin.
Yeah if you have a day job that pays you in fiat on monthly basis and if bitcoin is additional income for you then its good to save your earnings from bitcoins for a long term as price of bitcoins can go much higher in future so to get more profits on your earnings its always best to save your bitcoins for long term but if you are full time into bitcoins and if its only source of income for you then you need to sell it regularly to take care of your expenses and if you are earning it regularly then there is nothing wrong in selling it.
