It's referring to PIVX's 'mojo' or whatever you want to call it...like, the intangible combination of features, energy, community, attitude, and whatever else goes into making PIVX what it is. So no, there is no code for UPF, but it is a 'something' nevertheless. The reason it's appearing now is that a few users on Twitter (mostly Snappy) have been pushing it as a way succinctly summarize the 'spirit' of PIVX and create some buzz.
