i have problems sending money from the wallet to trade satoshi.
could anyone explain how does that wallet works, and why do i need to add a fee in bitcoin.

That's the gas. Moving coins on the bitcoin blockchain is very expensive now. Safex is on the bitcoin blockchain. Try moving a large amount of bitcoin and see what it cost. It ain't cheap.
