I don't think that's possible - what i mean is, isn't it all just based on percentage of coins? Like if hit a block, I get x amount of monk based on my current staking amount. Right? So if you have a pool, you get a larger number, but it's still divided up by percentage amongst the group...or am I missing something?

edit - also, is there still POW mining? GPU?
