That fee is very high with over 700$ and I don't have that much left. I was thinking about 0.005 BTC. Is there no other way?
No. Your tx has a low fee only 8.636 sat/B and high size 11579 (bytes). only with payment first as pool ask fee to accelerate it. on other pool fee is 1700$+ .
i don't think is there other way to confirm it. only if it drops from bitcoin network and exchange will send again with higher fee but i doubt that exchange will do this

I can borrow some BTC from a friend but he only has like 0.01 BTC also...I would have to send you the fee in one go from one address correct? Moving BTC around is so pricey nowadays
