Maybe you know phone number or anything, It's impossible to contact them I'm telling them that they should rebroadcast transactions but now one listening they are telling that this is Cryptokitties attack I'm sure it's not, it was month ago.
So please help if you know anything...
And also tell which alternatives do you like so I don't want to use them anymore.

thread, all people who have problems with exchange should hire a lawyer and report the case to the police, the exchange has ignored their clients for many months and this situation has become very alarming, people have millions of dollars retained in the exchanges
it is time for an official complaint to be filed, the total transactions are more than 15BTC which is a lot of money, unfortunately I am not in london but I am sure there are online consumer complaint forums which we can approach
hire a lawyer and report the case to the police is the only solution
