I really don't understand why have Waves so low price. Last year ETH went from 11 to almost 1000.

Waves? That token is almost dead, if it has been going up during the last few days, it is only because of the huge hype that it had.
Nothing more. Waves is not an "special" coin, there are many others who are much more better than this one.
Because they have a descentralized DEX exchange, it means that it needs to be at $1000? No mate, it is not how it works.
Waves has a good price, it doesn't deserve more, or less.

Ethreum project has been more successful. But waves has also very high potential to rise in price in very much.
