You have to provide the following information for hbc support (quote from hbc forum post)
"In case you want to reset your 2FA we need
- Username
- The exacht numbers from the HBC and BTC on the account
- How many people do you have in your downline
- BTC transaction proof
without these informations everybody can say that his account is gone."
Ok, how would I go about submitting this info? I dont see a way to open a support ticket on the website. I dont remember seeing a way when I had access!
I have an active loan and coins and no way to access them smh.
I tried emailing support@homeblockcoin.com and received no response.
