Thank you for your interest! We are more active in Telegram, as you said, but would like to keep BCT active as well. The ICO concluded and the tokens have been distributed (unsold tokens burnt - the supply was 72 million, now there's about 20 million TLX in existence), but there's no exchange to trade TLX at the moment.
