Why is the block 202kb?
We're kind of stuck on it, transactions are adding up quickly

So I noticed a few minutes ago, that my CPU load dropped from about 1400% (running 14/16 threads) to about 100%. I restarted primecoind, and it went back up to full load.
This may have nothing to do with the long block, but I thought that I would share.
