your transaction is still not confirmed that is why bittrex isn't showing your balance yet or credited it to your account. there is no problem on bittrex site, the problem here is the transaction not getting a confirmation and you only paid 1sat per byte, do you seriously expecting it will get confirmed specially now transaction fees are giving bitcoin users headache?
