I'm a big fan of bitcointalk.org but cannot reach to the forum with my ip. So I'm using VPN in order to access to the site. My mobile IP is working fine but just DSL line sucks with bitcointalk.org, why?

Which isp are you using? Also which DNS are you using? If you are using a default one that's most likely why you can't access bitcointalk.org, I will recommend you to use google dns, 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 , If you don't know how to change the dns you can read this
