Currently, micropayments are a huge problem for Bitcoin. So I'm looking for the best altcoin which can be used for small transactions (0.5$ - 1$, for example) and could manage them in a fast way, with the lowest fees possible.
I guess XLM - Stellar Lumens may be a problem solver, but are there any competitors to it? Excluding Ripple, which I don't want to use.
