User level counts based on total wager amount – summarized wagered amount for all currencies.

All wager counts, however, the older your wagered amount is the more degradable it will become, for every day your wager amount will lose 0.5% in value.

E.g. wagered amount for today counts as 100% however, yesterday's wagered amount will be decreased by 0.5%, wager amount from 2 days ago will be decreased by 1% and so on. In other words wager amount will be subtracted by 0.5% for each day that passed since then.
