Bitcoin is the founding father of cryptocurrencies,
so, i believe there will be no crypto that will surpass bitcoin in the future,,
and About decred, at this moment is better than peercoin, but who know next,,
Its gonna be one of the top cryptocurrencies in 2019, mark my words.
