For me its just natural for btc to decrease, many are just busy and for some sort of time they dont just use their btc and other investors are not supporting, but btc will always get to that value and will go back to track, and thats just small amount, btc can get that decreased percent.
You can lower your demand in a country, product of an attempt to regulate bitcoin, as in the case of China in ek 2017. This drop in demand causes, of course, the decline in prices. But, this cheapening, can be used by investors from other countries. And in that way, take it back up. As we see, its ubiquity, makes its market truly globalized, does not depend on the conjunctural factors of a single country.
