Go to BTCGuild and follow their instructions for BFGMiner. It's much easier.
I would suggest 50btc or bitminter....I think BTCGuild is throttling new member to keep below 51% MinePeon is what I am using works out the gate no problems.
Here are a pic of my first asic running a blistering 335 mega hash. I will be a btc millionare in a few hundred years.
I am still running a gpu as well for a total of 930Mh/s. I have ordered 5 more block erupters. I will prolly stop there. I am putting most of my BTC into mining shares.
