Yes, I think, bitcoin is not as anonymous as Cash is, and cash is far more desirable to criminals than bitcoin will be for many years, if ever.
Keep in mind that the bitcoin blockchain is a complete record of every single bitcoin transaction ever made, and we all have real-time access to it. People's names don't show up on the blockchain, but account addresses do, and those can be tracked backwards and forwards in time... Not ideal for criminals that don't want to be tracked.
