Tried modding the card myself and also modding using https://anorak.tech/t/gigabyte-rx-570-aorus/34867 mods.
Neither worked.

Currently mining Monero at 770 H/s and trying to get up to 900.

Did you run https://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-AMD-ATI-Pixel-Clock-Patcher to remove BIOS signature check?

For best mining with Samsung, use Ubermix strap http://www.overclock.net/t/1604567/polaris-bios-editing-rx5xx-rx4xx and at least 1240MHz core. I use the 2.3 version less extreme. Some cards need slightly lower memclock for this mod. Speeds 970H+.
