Guys its has been 2 days now since Leon started working on processing my ticket 866, I have waiting for 6 days now for a resolution and so far nothing has been done.

I have given you all the information you need to rectify this problem. The question is are you guys intending to solve this problem? I have things to do with my bTC and should not have to wait 6 days for a problem to be rectified and why does it take 2 days for Leon to process this ticket??
