Need 4 weeks to clear the withdraw policty? That takes 5 minute.
And clear is not the same like fix it and make it for 0.001 BTC.

And they not write anything about the price diffrence between Lending HBC and Exchange HBC. And they also not say they will make it, that the price will bee the same. And it also don't need 4 weks to do that.

So, don't call someone stupid, these problems can solve in 1 day.
