Can you please tell exact terms how much time does it take you to pay out cryptocurrency after bank payment is at my account and i`ve got message "Die Zahlung der Bestellung OB-2018-EUR-xxxxx ist eingegangen.
Nun ist die Auszahlung der Cryptowährung in Bearbeitung" ?

Waiting for 6 hours since got this email. Cannot see transaction in the system yet though previously it look like up to 2 hours to appear at my external wallet
Holidays are away, everything should be ok... right?
