1) Yes you have, but even if your syncing is not complete, you can send coins to your wallet, you just won't see them.
2) Noo, once the syncing has began it won't fall back to 0%.
3) When the website is ready and the new wallet comes out, the team will focus on marketing, including being listed on bigger exchanges
