Due to a manufacture defect my cell phone died I took it to Verizon and they could not recover the phone. can anyone please help me with resetting the 2FA Code on my account I am logged in at the moment but cant do anything without the 2FA code. If I log out I will not be able to log back in. I have contacted support a few times with no luck. Any thoughts would be welcome thank you.
usually when you enable 2FA there is a recovery password shown to you that you could use to set up 2FA on another device for cases like this

if you do you can set up google auth on another phone
