I think for now he can't do it, there are lots of problems in the Philippines to be solve and that is corruption and other thing like what happen in Marawi City, One of the biggest problem in this country is Drugs if we are talking about cleaning all the Drug addict and Drug Lords the President needs more time, One term for Presidential position is not enough for him to clean this drug problem, although some Province are drug free but still some are not Drug free yet.
