I want to know what this project wants to do, why is it related to Microsoft? 
My first thought, I don't see how the blockchain is related to creating an operating system? I know microsoft is much more than that now but that's how it started out. Be interesting if OP could give us a little run down.
He means it as an impression I guess (not technical), like Microsoft is the biggest player in operating systems, meaning this crypto becoming the biggest player in cryptoworld.
Personally, I do not think this will be the new big crypto.
