Old Ticket which Live support close [ Ticket ID : #300446 ] and then Live support opened this new Ticket >

I never faced such issue before in my 4 years with exmo , today i did a withdrawal of 300 USD and confirmation link came to my mail and i clicked it then it showed Withdrawal confirmed but then when i checked EXMO Wallet history it showed for a second and then vanished , Funds also didn't came to my registered Moneypolo account .
Please check the ticket and the withdrawal ID was

Please help me about it asap , either complete this withdrawal or provide the funds back to my exmo wallet which lost here , I am guessing this might be technical issue but i expect fast resolution of this, Thank you

I am still awaiting for your response about my issue over 3 days now . I do not know where my money vanished . If you are running Normal mode then you should fix the issue .

Thanks Exmo , Got verified and same time Tech support handled my Vanished withdrawal too and paid to me .
All those who waiting should get their funds too , as i think exmo simply overcrowded and backlog of tickets .
