So you'll want to transfer the tokens to that contract address: 0xc3972ac283b3a7a56125674631a5c254f7f373cf
They will then issue you the new tokens with the following contract address: New Contract Address: 0x9002D4485b7594e3E850F0a206713B305113f69e
So they will ship them back to your wallet. But as the Dev's said. You should withdraw them from EtherDelta. Put them in a myetherwallet or compatible wallet. Then send the old tokens you have to the 0xc39 address. Recommend you use a good amount of gas as the network seems to be congested. Maybe 45000 but obviously that could change and maybe you'll just need 21000 or less if you are lucky.
