Yes, agreed...there can be variations in price of office rentals...and of course, the current price of pbt does not reflect the value of the company accurately. What I would be wary of though, is folks that encourage 'hyping' of the price to silly levels, which only leads to disappointment for later buyers, and a negative view of the company, which by all measures is a good one.
Many altcoins are getting higher and higher these days. But unfortunately PBT just staying on the same price level.
You are right that the community still needs some growth.
