For those bitching about exchange rate differences, all the Courts care about is what was the price in USD at time of sale - not the price of a floating currency. Doesn't matter if you paid in
BTC, Gold, Silver, or pork bellies the USD value at the time is all that will be counted. You paid x amount of $$ and that is what will be refunded or used as a credit.
