Do exercise daily
Stay away from depression
Think positive

healthy living at the start of the hands then frequently wash hands after holding objects that may be a nest of germs and viruses,
drinking water at least 8 glasses a day
balanced and healthy food
activity with balance
give space for the brain do not be too menoton with work and
regular exercise.
