My Issue is NOT solved !!! I lost 500 ripples due to errors on your site, take responsibility !
I have understanding for the huge success and too many people on the site generating errors, but at least reply with a professional answer, not a generic one!
the platform is making errors and WE have to pay for it
not even an apology? a commercial gesture ? nothing ?
we need all the people who had the same problem to get together and fight this ! enough is enough
and they want me to try again and lose more money?
