Honestly, I don't think anyone can answer your question with certainty.  If you truly believe in what decred offers, you can always go in now.  One think I thought of which you can do is perhaps spread your entries so so at least you minimize the risk (although of course, the rewards is likewise reduced if it goes in your favor).  All the best.
