As of the last time I checked, BitPay asks payment in BTC at a rate of 66.783 Euro/1BTC, versus the current price of 73 Euro/1BTC. 73/66.783 = 1.093. I feel that it is unfair to ask bitcoin customers to pay a 9.3% premium for paying in bitcoin, especially when it was not stated beforehand. Had I known this to be the case, I would have used PayPal.

Rebuy the BTCs on Bitstamp for 66.74 atm. Sell them on Mt. Gox for 72.10 wait some months for your withdrawal. Just want to say the Mt.Gox is not real atm, BitPay's rate seems to be legit.
