@2.37 is the nutshell; exchanges going down cause of the cloud services they are using. Nicely used example. But was it the real reason for those exchanges to go down? I mean they could have easily fired another copy of the instance in some other region supported by that provider? With that on mind I like how comfortable he was answering the questions.
