I was very happy about using MERCATOX! I had never had problems, and when I had, just a small one, the support reply in 30 min. very efficiently.
I thought MERCATOX as a good exchanger, but actually I am having a lot of problems with the exchanger.

I withdrawal my funds from mercatox to other exchanger 2 DAYS AGO and from then are blocked!

How is it possible?
this is very annoying and ridiculous!
