It is safe to use. Actually, these are false positives. Many softwares can trigger this through heuristics. The qt wallet file contains code for coin mining, so once it's up and running, some AVs consider it as a hidden miner or botnet. Also qt wallet looks for wallet.dat file, so some AVs consider it as coin stealer. A lot of wallets get detected like this. Check out the Peercoin & Reddcoin wallets:

Diverse-qt wallet is perfectly normal and safe to use and run. You can add the qt file in the exception list of your antivirus, if you're unable to run it.
